Healthy, natural supplements - A rescue for your hair and beaty!! :-)


Superfoods, i.e. products rich in valuable nutrients, provide our body with all the necessary vitamins, antioxidants and minerals. Without them, we would not be able to function properly, we would feel constantly tired and distracted. Where to find their source? Best in the kitchen, or more precisely, on a plate. A balanced diet rich in vegetables, fruits, nuts and vegetable oils supports the work of the brain, has a positive effect on the condition of the skin, nails, teeth and reduces the risk of suffering from various diseases. Your hair also needs them, because poorly nourished and insufficiently strong hair can become dull, weak, brittle and thin.


Eggs


Eggs contain vitamins B2, B5 and B12. These B vitamins strengthen your hair, skin and eyes. Correcting bugs and power tests. WHO recommends eating one or two eggs a day. It is an ideal product, rarely any food provides such valuable substances in one dose in the human diet.


Berries


They’re typically high in fiber, vitamin C, and antioxidant polyphenols. A diet rich in antioxidants has a great effect on the condition of skin and hair. The vitamin C contained in them helps in better blood supply to the scalp. Berries are also a source of selenium and zinc, which are the most valuable elements for hair.


Spinach, asparagus, broccolis, kelps


Spinach but also asparagus, broccolis, kelps are rich in vitamins K, A, C, B2, B6, B1, E, manganese, zinc, iron and omega-3 fatty acids. These nutrients prevent hair damage and help to nourish your scalp and hair that simulates hair growth. The rich iron content helps increase the delivery of oxygen to the hair follicles, keeping them healthy.


Fishes


One of the best sources of hair nutrients is marine fish such as salmon. They contain a lot of omega-3 fatty acids, protein, vitamins A, D and B vitamins. These compounds have a positive effect on the condition of the hair and the blood supply to the scalp.


Sweet potatos


Sweet potatoes also provide vitamins such as: vitamin A, vitamin E, vitamin C, vitamin B and vitamin K.


Avokado


The green fruit contains a huge dose of vitamins that regenerate and nourish the hair.


Nuts, peanut butter


Eating even a few nuts a day will significantly nourish your hair and scalp. These nuts have many vitamins (A, E, C, K, B vitamins) and many nutrients.


Seeds: sunflower seeds, flaxseeds, chia, pumpkin seeds, buckwheat, quinoa


Whats best in seeds are perfectly healthy fats (essential fatty acids) having a great impact on hair.


Pepper


Capsaicin contained in paprika improves circulation, which provides the hair follicles with good nutrition and stimulates hair growth. Green peppers also boast a particularly high content of silicon, which strengthens the health of hair and nails.


Beans, soya, lentils, chickpeas and peas


Beans, lentils, chickpeas, and peas are seeds of legumes that contains lot of cynk. It regulates the work of the sebaceous glands and gives the hair elasticity.


Kakao, cinnamon


The antioxidants that cocoa supplies in large amounts not only have anti-cancer properties, but also protect against viruses, skin diseases and ensure a longer youth. Cocoa butter is widely used in cosmetics and is especially recommended for dry and tired skin.


Greek yogurt


The fats in Greek yoghurt can also benefit your hair. Consumed regularly, it improves the condition of not only hair, but also nails.


Carrots, radishes


Eating carrots and raddishes makes hair smooth and shiny. Thanks to the content of vitamins A, B1, B2, B6, C, E, K.


Mango, figs, guava, apricot


Those fruits are high in vitamin C, which promotes healthy hair and skin. Additionally, they brings a good source of vitamin A, which encourages hair growth and the production of sebum.


Herbs


Drinking herbs teas regulary as horsetail or nettle gives very good resuls for hair, and make them stronger and simulates it's growth.


Citrus


Cyrus fruits as lemons, oranges, kiwi, amla or even tomatoes are rich in vitamin C, which also influence on face and hair health.


Whole grains


Daily outmeal also provides many benefits! Eat outmeal with fruits and observe the improving results.


Apples, Bananas, Grapes


Enrich your diet with those yummy fruits and eat them more, because "an apple a day keeps the doctor away"
