Welcome Autumn! It's time to change hair care rutine. Come find out what to do.
The leaves are falling one by one.
The sunny days will soon be gone.
Yellow orange, brown and green,
The colours of the Autumn can be seen.
The wind, the rain, the sun shines through.
It's colder now for me and you!

As a new season is comming, it should bring new changes in hair care rutine. It's autumn is a good season for hair, that doesn't create problems for them as in summer or winter. One can bother may be increased hair fall. To prevent hair fall I recomend to use lotions for hair growth and regular scalp massage can be helpful.
Temperatures has decreased. Hair doesn't get greasy so fast, so we can wash them less often.
We can also resignate from UV protection for now and we can consider to change the method of hair washing for CO-washing or No-poo method, which exclude silicones. Now is better to use more delicate washing detergents, but once a while should remember to use stronger shampoo as well, that include SLS (Soldium Laryth Sultafe) or other strong detergent for better clearance of substances that could build up on the hair.
Using hair dryer is now esencial, in this season is much more heathier choose! In autumn, when heating radiators are still off and it's already quite cool outside hair dries incredibly long, leaving them wet can lead to their damages. Remember to dry hair at a lower temperature. Hot air (the highest level in the dryer) is not good for the hair, it leads to destruction of their structure, dries out, weakens and worsens their condition.
Just like every other season of the year we have to take care of what we eat. Our diet does
it has a huge impact on our hair, especially now, when it likes to fall out more. It's autumn
Pumpkin time, the seeds are incredibly healthy and have a positive effect also on our appearance (they improve the complexion and prevent hair loss). The pumpkin itself is rich in vitamins (A, E, from groups B and C) and microelements (potassium, calcium, iron or magnesium), and it is low in calories also a great option. Eat vegetables and fruits, now it's a perfect time to eat for grapes, apples, pears or plums and drink herbal teas for warm up. It's also great time for healthy apple coctails or apple muffins.
Apple Cocktail recipe:
The basic recipie is 1 apple, thick diced apple, 1 parsley bundles and 1/2 mineral water. It all tastes great. You can blend the parsley with the stems, but then the cocktail will be very thick and you will have to eat it rather than drink it. That's why I cut most of the stalks.
Apple Muffins recipie:

Peel the apples, remove the seeds and cut into 1 cm cubes. In one bowl, combine eggs, oil, sugar, yogurt, honey - to combine with e.g. a kitchen whisk. Sift the wheat flour, baking powder, cinnamon directly to them and mix with a stick or spatula until the ingredients combine. Add almonds or hazelnuts and sliced apples - mix until combined. Put the dough into 12 muffin cups, evenly dividing them between the muffins. Sprinkle with nut and sugar sprinkles. Bake at 175 ° C, without hot air, for about 20 - 25 minutes or until the so-called dry stick. Remove and cool on a wire rack.
